The Confraria 242 projectby Saute Promoções Imobiliárias, located in downtown Porto Alegre, was equipped with the VicaimaPortaro ®, a ready door solution.
The exquisite interior architecture integrated flush internal doors in oak shades, and entrance doors with a more elaborate design, also in tones shades of oak and with 4 horizontal aluminum inlays.
The Confraria 242 project, carried out by Saute and MGus, recognized for the quality of their projects in real estate, integrates a complete infrastructure which includes swimming pool, fitness center, among other leisure areas.

The Hotel Dos Reis by The Beautique Hotels elected Vicaima to install the interior doors, panels and cabinet fronts solutions.
Douro Palace Hotel Resort & SPA
Douro Region, Portugal
Douro Palace - Hotel Resort & Spa is a four star hotel situated on the banks of the Douro River, designed by architect Rui Lima of T-Esquadro and promoted by JASE - Empreendimentos Turísticos. The product selected for this touristic development was the Portaro ® FD30 and acoustic which ensures a fire resistance for half an hour and noise reduction, providing safety and well-being. The Essential Line was elected to integrate the interior decor - wenge veneer SL flush doors, which combine with the contemporary style of the Hotel.
Dr. Nélio Mendonça Hospital

The Dr. Nélio Mendonça Hospital incorporated a wide range of solutions from the Vicaima Medical Range, in the new inpatient wing reserved, in the meantime, for treating patients with Covid-19.
Epic Sana
Algarve, Portugal
Vicaima was selected to equip with technical doors, the entrance of the rooms of this contemporary five star hotel - the EPIC SANA Algarve Hotel. For this project, with a modern interior design, the comfort and security was guaranteed with the Portaro® solution (door+frame+ironmongery), fire door 30 minutes with acoustic isolation up to 41dB (FD30 AC41dB). The selected finish was oak veneer.
EPIC SANA LISBOA HOTEL
Lisbon, Portugal
The five star, EPIC SANA Lisbon Hotel, located in Lisbon, integrates in the room entrance, public areas and corridors, the portaro® (door +frame+ironmongery) solution and Vicaima panels . For this magnificent hotel, with 311 rooms, SPA, leisure and business areas, several Vicaima technical and framing solutions were selected, like 30 minute fire doors with acoustic isolation up to 41DB, FD30, FD30 Inverse (faced with the panels) doors, and Fire doors 60 minutes. The walnut, real wood veneer, was the selected finish creating a link completed with the decoration of interiors, giving him a sophisticated and luxurious face.

The new Essenza Condominium, one of Oporto’s recent luxury buildings, is an author’s project combining a privileged location with modern and contemporary architecture. Vicaima fully contributed to the creation of sophisticated apartments, where security perfectly blends with the striking architectural features of this development.
Estoril Sol Residence
Lisbon, Portugal
Bold and luxurious residential development projected by the Office of the Architect Gonçalo Byrne. The aesthetics is minimalist and adopted white as the prevailing colour, inverse type, sliding and folding doors. The faced integration of these elements in the walls conferred the space, the perception of continuous and spacious plans.
EXMO. Hotel
Oporto, Portugal
The EXMO. Hotel is set in a completely renovated 14th century heritage building. Overlooking the Douro River, in Oporto, this 4-star hotel project, designed by the Atelier Floret Arquitectura, has a welcoming and elegant charm where the décor, colour and moderate atmosphere are complemented by Vicaima technical solutions, which include fire doors and acoustic doors.
